Born into an ordinary family one of five children, with a businessman father and a UNICEF mother Goodness discovered his entrepreneurial calling in his final year of university. He registered his first company immediately after graduation, building a team not with competitive salaries, but with a compelling vision. That vision has never stopped expanding.
From founding Cainergy International in Dubai in 2015, now working with Shell, ExxonMobil, Total and Chevron to acquiring an oilfield in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, a landmark achievement in African energy. Most recently, he co-founded Aetheric in New Zealand, a company born from a professional relationship nurtured across eight years. Goodness's story is one of tested character, hard-won resilience and relentless purpose.
